Pricing
Simple, transparent pricing
Start free with no account. Upgrade when you need more signals or a custom domain.
No credit card required on the free plan.
Most recovery pricing is built around total traffic volume — you pay for every visitor, whether or not anything was actually blocked. Introtrace prices on recovered signals only: the events an adblocker would have dropped if you weren't running the script. If 70% of your audience has no adblocker installed, you're not paying to process that 70% at all. It already reaches your analytics provider directly.
That's also why the free tier covers a real production workload rather than a token trial. A site with 50,000 monthly visitors and a typical 30% block rate recovers roughly 15,000 signals a month — comfortably inside the 20,000-signal free plan. You can run Introtrace in production indefinitely on the free plan if your traffic and block rate stay in that range; upgrading is about unlocking the dashboard and custom domain, not about a trial running out.

What You'd Pay Elsewhere
Server-side GTM and proxy services like Stape solve a similar problem with a heavier setup and a different billing model. Here's how the economics compare for a mid-size site.
| Approach | Typical Monthly Cost |
|---|---|
| Introtrace | $0–$19.99 |
| Server-side GTM (self-hosted) | $30–$150+ in cloud hosting |
| Stape (managed sGTM) | $30–$500+ by request volume |
| Build it yourself | Engineering time + hosting |
Server-side GTM and Stape bill on total request volume because they route all your traffic through the proxy. Introtrace only processes the signals that were actually blocked — so the bill scales with your adblock rate, not your raw traffic.
Which plan should you start with?
Under 100K monthly visitors → Free
At a 25–40% block rate, sites under roughly 100K monthly visitors recover well under 20,000 signals a month. There's no reason to pay until you outgrow this — and you'll see your exact recovered-signal count before you need to decide.
Growing traffic or need the dashboard → Starter
Once you want visibility into recovery trends over time, or your site is approaching 100K signals, Starter adds the full dashboard, real-time tracking, and a custom domain via CNAME — which also improves bypass rates, since first-party subdomains you control are harder for filter lists to target.
E-commerce or high-traffic sites → Pro or Custom
Sites running paid acquisition at scale — where every percentage point of recovered conversion data feeds directly into ad platform bidding algorithms — typically land on Pro for the higher signal ceiling and priority support, or Custom if they run multiple domains or need an SLA.
What counts as a signal?
A signal is a single analytics event that Introtrace intercepts and forwards after an adblocker blocks it — a GA4 pageview, a Facebook Pixel purchase event, a GTM container load, a Mixpanel track() call. We count only the events we actually recover, not your total analytics volume.
A site with 50,000 monthly visitors and a 30% block rate typically recovers 15,000–20,000 signals per month — well within the free plan. Larger sites or tech-heavy audiences with higher block rates may need a paid plan. The dashboard shows your usage in real time.
Pricing questions
What's the difference between the free script and paid plans?
The free script works for anyone with no account needed — up to 20,000 signals per month. Paid plans add a dashboard, custom domain via CNAME, and higher signal limits.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my signal limit?
We notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade immediately or we can discuss a custom plan.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our free plan (20K signals/month) gives you everything you need to evaluate Introtrace with real traffic. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
How does Introtrace pricing compare to server-side GTM or Stape?
Server-side GTM and Stape bill on total request volume because every visitor's traffic routes through the proxy. Introtrace only processes signals an adblocker actually blocked, so the cost scales with your block rate instead of your raw traffic — for most sites that means a fraction of the cost of a self-hosted sGTM setup.
Do unused signals roll over to the next month?
No. Signal limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We notify you well before you hit your limit so you can upgrade if needed — there's no overage charge or service interruption.
Does upgrading require a code change?
No. The script tag stays the same. Upgrading just raises your signal limit and unlocks dashboard features and CNAME setup — nothing changes in your existing integration.
