Introtrace ("we," "us," "our") provides a proxy service that helps website owners recover analytics data blocked by browser extensions and privacy tools. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect from Customers (Account Holders)

When you create an account with Introtrace, we collect:

• First Name – For personalization and communication
• Last Name – For personalization and communication
• Email Address – For OTP authentication and service communications
• Organization Name – To identify your business
• Organization Domain – To configure the proxy service for your website

Authentication: We use One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent to your email for sign-up and sign-in. We do NOT collect or store passwords.

How We Use This Data: To provide and maintain your account, communicate service updates, provide customer support, and improve our service.

3. Data Processed via the Proxy (End-Users)

When visitors to our Customers' websites have their requests routed through our proxy servers, the following applies:

Transit Only: Data passing through our proxy servers is processed exclusively in volatile memory (RAM) for the duration of each request. Once the request completes, the data is immediately discarded. No persistent storage is used for end-user data.

Mere Conduit: We act solely as a technical conduit for data transmission. We do not inspect, analyze, or store the content of requests passing through our infrastructure.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
• Our infrastructure is hosted on OVH's secure data centers
• Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We regularly review our security practices

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Customer Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete all your personal data immediately with no retention period.

End-User Data: As stated above, we do not retain any end-user data. It exists only in volatile memory during request processing.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

If you are a Customer using Introtrace on your website, you are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction
